Ya that looks like fin rot there is stuff that you can buy at your local pet store that can help get rid of that i suggest transferring it into a clean water tank with filter and giving it the meds feed it normal but do water changes daily and make sure its clean in there it will help the healing process. If you dont have an extra tank find something that will work like a large vase or bucket
