A 75 gallon tank we changed 25 of the water. One day he was swimming the next he was floating. Just rinsed filters with the same water from the tank and cleaned gravel.

The chances of hypoxia occurring in an aquarium increase when fish are overcrowded or do not have an adequate filtration system.
