So today i bought 4 small common crayfish the brown ones for 2.95 cuz i ve had these before and they do an excelent job of cleaning the substrate they even seem to eat fish poo lol and they also add a nice look to the tank. I tried to get the smallest ones cuz i also know they kill and eat Crayfish or crawfish as its called are kept as pets in freshwater aquariums and 3inch oscars are not a threat for them neither are they a threat for oscars because they are slow moving by themselves. I would say that 50 gallons is the absolute minimum for an oscar and i would move an oscar out of a 50 gallon once it hits 8 inches. You would need a 75 gallon or larger to house a yabby and 2 oscars. But if you had a 6 foot by 2 foot by 2 foot tank with a platform i reckon you could fit 2 turtles 2 oscars and a yabby or 2. Also yabbies make plenty of waste but they are a good clean up
